SMS Messaging Program

Lemus Digital LLC · Last updated: September 20, 2026

This page documents, in full, how Lemus Digital LLC collects consent to send text messages, what we send, how often, and how anyone can stop receiving them. It exists so that the consent experience is publicly verifiable by anyone, including mobile carriers.

Consent disclosure shown to every person before we collect their number — printed beside the checkbox on the web form, and stated by our assistant in chat and on the phone:
By providing your phone number to Lemus Digital, you agree to receive text messages from us about the inquiry you started. Message frequency varies (up to 3 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Who receives messages

Only business owners and managers who contacted us first — through the live demo of our AI assistant — and who then voluntarily gave us their phone number so we could follow up on that same conversation. We do not buy, rent, or import phone lists. There is no bulk sending.

How consent is collected

There are three opt-in paths. The first is a standard web form that anyone — including a carrier reviewer — can open and inspect directly. The other two collect the same consent during a live conversation, because that is how most of our customers actually reach us.

In all three, consent is express and affirmative: nothing is pre-checked, nothing is assumed, and no message is ever sent to a number we were not given for this purpose.

1 · Web form (primary, publicly verifiable)

At lemusdigital.com/contacto/ the visitor fills in their name and mobile number and must tick a checkbox that is unchecked by default. The form cannot be submitted without it. The exact disclosure printed beside that checkbox is the one quoted at the top of this page.

When the form is submitted we store, together: the number, the name, the date and time, the page it came from, and a verbatim copy of the disclosure text that was on screen, with a version stamp. If the wording ever changes, older records still show what was actually shown to that person.

2 · Web chat

The visitor starts a chat with our assistant. At the end, the assistant states the disclosure and asks for a number. Nothing is sent unless the person answers with one.

3 · Phone call

The caller reaches our assistant at (786) 746-7587. Before taking a number, the assistant says the same disclosure out loud. The call is recorded, so the consent is documented with its date and time.

Because this one is spoken, the assistant phrases it naturally rather than reading a script, so the exact sentence varies between calls. What does not vary are the four elements it must contain every time, before any number is taken: who the messages are from (Lemus Digital), how many (up to three), that rates may apply, and that replying STOP ends them.

In both cases the number, the date, the channel, and the conversation that produced the consent are stored together in our systems, so any single consent can be traced back to the exact exchange that created it.

What we send, and how often

WhenWhat
Next dayA short follow-up asking whether they have questions about what they tried.
Day 3A relevant result from a real deployment, tied to their industry.
Day 7An offer of a 15-minute call, and a statement that we won't write again if it isn't the right time.

Up to 3 messages per inquiry. There are no recurring campaigns, no newsletters, and no mailing lists. If the person replies at any point, the sequence stops and a normal conversation continues instead.

How to stop

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
