Estos términos rigen el uso de lemusdigital.com, de nuestro asistente automatizado y del programa de mensajes de texto. Al usarlos, los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no los uses.

Quiénes somos

El asistente automatizado

• Cuando hablas con nuestro asistente por chat, teléfono o mensaje, estás hablando con un sistema de inteligencia artificial. Si preguntas, te lo dice.
• Lo que te diga es orientativo. Los precios, plazos y condiciones se confirman con una persona antes de cualquier compromiso.
• Las conversaciones se registran para poder retomarlas y para mejorar el servicio, como se explica en la Política de Privacidad · Programa de SMS · Contacto.
• El demo usa negocios ficticios. Los precios y el inventario que veas ahí son de ejemplo y no corresponden a ningún negocio real.

Programa de mensajes de texto

• Cómo te suscribes: dejando tu número voluntariamente en una conversación con nosotros. El consentimiento queda registrado con la fecha y el canal.
• Qué recibes: seguimiento de lo que consultaste. Hasta 3 mensajes por consulta. Sin listas de difusión.
• Costo: pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu operador.
• Baja: responde STOP, BAJA o CANCELAR. Ayuda: HELP o AYUDA.
• Suscribirte no es condición para contratar nada.
• Los operadores móviles no son responsables de mensajes retrasados o no entregados.

Llamadas

• Cómo lo autorizas: enviando un formulario que muestra el aviso de llamadas; enviarlo es tu firma electrónica. Queda registrado con la fecha, la página y el texto exacto.
• Qué recibes: llamadas sobre tu consulta y nuestros servicios, incluso de marketing, que puede hacer nuestra asistente de IA con voz artificial o con marcación automática. Se identifica, avisa que la llamada puede grabarse y, si preguntas, dice al instante que es una IA.
• Baja: dilo en la llamada o escribe a hello@lemusdigital.com.
• Autorizarlo no es condición para contratar nada.

Uso aceptable

No uses el sitio ni el asistente para actividades ilegales, para suplantar a otra persona, para enviar contenido abusivo, ni para intentar extraer datos del sistema o interrumpir su funcionamiento.

Propiedad

El contenido del sitio, la marca y el software son de Lemus Digital LLC. Lo que tú nos envías sigue siendo tuyo; nos das permiso para usarlo en la medida necesaria para atenderte.

Sin garantías y límite de responsabilidad

El sitio y el demo se ofrecen «tal cual», sin garantía de disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni de resultados concretos. En la medida que permita la ley, Lemus Digital LLC no responde por daños indirectos o lucro cesante derivados del uso del sitio o del asistente. Los servicios contratados se rigen por su propio contrato, que prevalece sobre estos términos.

Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de arriba indica la última versión. Se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, y cualquier disputa se resuelve en los tribunales del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida.

These terms govern your use of lemusdigital.com, our automated assistant, and our text messaging program. By using them, you accept them. If you disagree, please don't use them.

Who we are

The automated assistant

• When you talk to our assistant by chat, phone, or message, you are talking to an artificial intelligence system. If you ask, it will tell you so.
• What it tells you is indicative. Prices, timelines, and terms are confirmed by a person before any commitment.
• Conversations are recorded so we can resume them and improve the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy · SMS Program · Contact.
• The demo uses fictional businesses. Any prices or inventory you see there are examples and do not correspond to a real business.

Text messaging program

• How you opt in: by voluntarily giving us your number during a conversation. Consent is recorded with the date and channel.
• What you get: follow-up on what you asked about. Up to 3 messages per inquiry. No mailing lists.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.
• Opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls

• How you consent: by submitting a form that shows our calls notice; submitting it is your electronic signature. It is recorded with the date, the page, and the exact text.
• What you receive: calls about your inquiry and our services, including marketing, which may be made by our AI assistant with an artificial voice or with automated dialing. It identifies itself, says the call may be recorded and, if you ask, tells you right away it is an AI.
• Opt out: say so on the call or email hello@lemusdigital.com.
• Consenting is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the assistant for unlawful activity, to impersonate anyone, to send abusive content, or to attempt to extract data from the system or disrupt its operation.

Ownership

The site content, brand, and software belong to Lemus Digital LLC. What you send us remains yours; you grant us permission to use it as needed to serve you.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The site and the demo are provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of specific results. To the extent permitted by law, Lemus Digital LLC is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the site or the assistant. Contracted services are governed by their own agreement, which prevails over these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above marks the latest version. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
